Lummus Technology offers a full scope of field support and training for new plants and existing clients. We begin with a full factory acceptance test of every valve module and control system at our module fabrication facilities, where client personnel are invited to attend for in-depth, hands-on training.
Our personnel are available throughout the construction, adsorbent loading and precommissioning phase to ensure that the project goes smoothly. They are there to commission and tune the plant, and provide personalized training to the client operations and engineering teams.
Finally, the same personnel who design and commission our new plants are also available to troubleshoot operational issues once the plant is online. Because Lummus Technology self-performs the complete PSA scope of supply, our field service personnel are seasoned professionals with direct experience in the design and operation of PSA units.
