As Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Lummus, Edosa Obayagbona leads all aspects of the company’s financial management, including Accounting, Reporting, Audit, Tax, Treasury, and Investor Relations functions. 

Since becoming CFO in 2024, Edosa has driven financial strategies that support Lummus’s growth and operational strength, including negotiating and closing more than $2 billion in debt transactions. His disciplined approach to financial management continues to position the company for long-term success.

Edosa brings global leadership experience across manufacturing, capital markets, strategy, and risk management. Prior to joining Lummus, he served as CFO for Univation Technologies, Dow Latin America, and the Dow India sub-continent region. He also held board positions for several of Dow’s joint ventures and portfolio companies.

Edosa holds a master’s degree in business administration from Clark Atlanta University and a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from London South Bank University. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
