Lummus Internships for Future Talent (LIFT) is an internship program designed to bring high-potential university students into real work. You’ll join a Lummus team, contribute to active projects, and gain hands-on exposure to a company that makes modern life possible. From clean energy and process engineering to AI, finance, and communications, LIFT spans various functions across the business.

Alongside the work, you’ll receive structured onboarding, professional development, mentorship from experienced colleagues, and a close-up view of how a global technology licensor operates across 65+ countries.
