As Chief Human Resources Officer, Deepak Martin leads Lummus' human resources, including talent management, global human resources operations, recruiting, learning and development, and compensation and benefits. Since assuming this role in 2024, he has focused on enhancing Lummus’ culture, establishing a world-class employee experience and driving HR initiatives that align with Lummus’ future business and growth goals.

Deepak brings extensive international experience in talent management, culture transformation, and organizational design. Prior to joining Lummus, he led human resources for Dover Corporation's Clean Energy & Fueling segment, supporting 6,000 employees in 30 countries.

Throughout his career, Deepak has held HR leadership roles around the world, integrating organizational culture, processes, and systems to design people strategies for business objectives and plans.

He holds a bachelor’s degree from Baldwin Methodist College and a master’s degree in business administration and human resources from the University of Wales.
